I cannot recommend Essex Hearing highly enough. The time and attention provided was excellent and it was so convenient to have a home appointment. My only regret was that I didn't do it earlier.

I contacted Mimi as my Mum had complained of her left ear being blocked for some time and had, unfortunately, been in and out of hospital for best part of 8 months, thereby making it difficult to take her to visit an audiologist during this time. The home service was exactly what we needed! Mimi was thorough, explained to Mum and myself what she could see during the initial examination and then proceeded to work on removing the wax that was in her left ear. The wax was removed, it was quick, painless and we'll be sure to contact Mimi again if Mum has any more issues. Thank you Mimi!

I was very nervous about getting hearing aids but Mimi spent a lot of time with me testing my hearing and talking through the options. There was no pressure to purchase but I was happy to go ahead. I now have my hearing aids and am very grateful to Mimi.

I came back from my holiday, and after two weeks swimming, both ears were blocked, which was very annoying. I did a quick search on Google and found Essex Hearing. I sent a message, and Mimi replied promptly, offering home appointments and advising I needed to apply oil for two days prior to her visit. She arrived on time and was very professional, explaining the procedure. The treatment was quick and painless, and the results were amazing. Thank you for a first class service.
